Its racing blue shade has been updated with fresh graphics. For the first time on R15V4, Yamah has brought matte pearl white to India.
Further, R15S will now be available in the stolen matt black paint scheme supplemented by the contrast of the Wurmelian wheels.
To date, Yamah has sold one million R15 units in India. According to the company, the bike is known for its sharp styling, track-induced performance and strong racing DNA.
The R15 category is supported by the 155cc liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine that creates 18.4 bhp at 10,000 rpm at 7,500 rpm and 14.2 nm at 7,500 rpm connected with a diissil cylinder and deltabox frame. These include traction control systems, an assist and slipper clutch, Quick shifter (on selected variants), upside-down front forks and linked-type mono-cross suspension. Price terms include, while R15m is priced at Rs 2,01,00 (X-showroom) 1,67,830 (X-showroom).
