Yamaha R15 gets a new look: check the price and features here

As part of 2025 upgrades, Yamah India Motor launched a new color scheme for popular R15. This has been carried out under his ‘Call of Blue’ brand campaign. The updated range, R15M, R15 Version 4 (V4) and R15S, comes at the initial price of Rs 1.67 lakh (X-showroom, Delhi).Top-Variant, R15M gets a new metal gray finish, while the R15 Version 4 has now been offered in metallic black, the company said.

Its racing blue shade has been updated with fresh graphics. For the first time on R15V4, Yamah has brought matte pearl white to India.

Further, R15S will now be available in the stolen matt black paint scheme supplemented by the contrast of the Wurmelian wheels.

To date, Yamah has sold one million R15 units in India. According to the company, the bike is known for its sharp styling, track-induced performance and strong racing DNA.


The R15 category is supported by the 155cc liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine that creates 18.4 bhp at 10,000 rpm at 7,500 rpm and 14.2 nm at 7,500 rpm connected with a diissil cylinder and deltabox frame. These include traction control systems, an assist and slipper clutch, Quick shifter (on selected variants), upside-down front forks and linked-type mono-cross suspension. Price terms include, while R15m is priced at Rs 2,01,00 (X-showroom) 1,67,830 (X-showroom).
