GST Bonnza Auto Industry is set to make a record year for the Fiscal Year 26: TVS Motor Authorized

MUMBAI: By reducing tax on the combustion engine (ICE) vehicles under the GST Council, the TVS motor is expected to demand the festival and the strong product pipeline will be the financial year 26 for the two -wheeler industry. The company has said that with the help of GST 2.0 Bonnza, implemented on September 22 during the upcoming festival season, the sector will help withdraw its financial year 1 peak crop.Aniruddha Haldar, senior vice president of the TVS motor, said, “The whole industry will not still return the financial year of the two -wheeler, but I am sure that the festive season is going to be one of the best things we have seen in the whole area.” In 1-19-8-19, the industry sold the best of 5.7 million units. The financial year 25 sales are at 9.6 million units, which is 7.4% from the peak to 7.4%.

Under the new GST rule, ICE (internal combustion engine) under 350 CC (internal combustion engine) will attract 18%tax instead of 28%, while electric vehicles are up to 5%. The company said that it would give the customer the full benefit of tax deduction.

TVS launched the NTOAC150 on Tuesday, according to the current structure, its first sporty scooter in the 5C CC division with a price of 1.5 lakh lakh (X-showroom). “After the new GST rate is implemented, the consumer model can expect to decline by about 5..5%,” Haldar said. The latest model is proud of the host with the connected features. It will be on sale from September 22.

The launch of two electric scooters’ rollouts at the beginning of this year is as follows – the new Ekube in May and the Orbiter in August. The TVS leads the scooter and electric two-wheeler sections, and the Hero MotoCorp and Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India are among the first three ICE Two-Veller manufacturers.

In the last three years, the two -wheeler area has increased by 2% CAGR. The scooter increased by 6%, while the sporty scooter increased by about 12%. “Sporty scooter segment- This is a strong growth driver for the industry. We already had a strong presence with our 3 CC models and plans to strengthen it with our entry in the 150 CC section,” said Haldar.
